General Terms & Conditions

How to Book :

• Reservations can be made via WhatsApp or email at your convenience. To confirm your booking, a 25% advance payment of the total cost is required. The remaining balance can be paid in stages after you receive the booking voucher and other documents from our reservations team.We kindly request that the full payment be completed at least 2 days prior to your travel date to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking. No reservations will be held without confirmation and payment.
• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. However, all confirmed inclusions will be honoured.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused services such as accommodation, meals, sightseeing, or transfers during the tour.
• The company shall not be liable for any refund, compensation, or claims arising from changes, cancellations, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, curfews, or other force majeure events. Standard cancellation policies will apply in such cases.
• The company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, breakdown, or irregularity caused during the tour.
• Note: Air-conditioning in the deluxe houseboat will be available from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (night hours only)
• All guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs and required travel documents.
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be submitted via email or WhatsApp by the guest who made the booking or an authorized representative. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on individual hotel norms and peak season guidelines.

Cancellation Charges

• Up to 45 days before departure: INR 2,000 per person (service charge)
• 44 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 29 to 14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Within 14 days of arrival / No-show: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
