Slanic-Moldova

Slanic-Moldova is a metropolis in Bacau County , Moldova , Romania , which include the localities Cerdac , Cireşoaia and Slănic-Moldova residence. The metropolis is a part of the era of current localities that originated in the first half of of the nineteenth century . The starting of the enterprise of the nucleus of the existing town is due to the invention in 1800 by means of the Mihailuca sergeant of two mineral springs No. 1 and No 2. The organization of a spa has lasted several many years due to social and economic conditions. The territory occupied through the mineral springs together with the neighboring forest fund has been taken over by using several owners who have now not proven hobby in capitalizing on mineral waters.

This explains why Slănic isn't inscribed in the maps of Moldova FW von Bawr, 1781, Hora von Otzelowitz, 1890.The oldest mention comes from 1757 while this land belonged to the prince Constantin Cehan Racovita, the son of the prince Mihai Racovita. Later, Serdar Mihalache Spiridon, also called Serdar Mihailuca, servant of the ruler, took possession of the princely estate. At the start of the hire, the valley became unknown best to hunters.
