Goicea

Goicea is a commune in Dolj county , Oltenia , Romania , shaped most effective from the village of house of the same call. It become a village of serfs, appropriated by the 1864 agrarian reform of Cuza-voda . The first documentary attestation of Goicea dates again to 1575 . The commune is made of three villages: Goicea Mica , Goicea Mare and Popoviceni , who joined in 1968 to shape the existing commune. In Goicea, a block of 12 apartments become built within the middle of the commune, of which most effective 8 are inhabited due to wrong situations.
