Karwowo Lake

Karwowo is a lake in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in Lobez County, in Gmina Lobez. It is located about 500 meters from the Rega river and about 1 kilometer from residential homes which are a part of the Karwowo village. The vicinity of Karwowo lake equals 33.3 ha, the duration is 1.1 km, the maximal depth is 4.2 m, and the average depth is 3.5m. On the shore of Karwowo lake there are small piers for fishermen. On the east shore there's a small hotel and bathing vicinity with parking, campsite, fireplace and overhead protection. The lake is surrounded by means of a beech woodland.

There is likewise a blue 12.7 km lengthy bicycle tune from Przyborze. Karwowo lake is also domestic to a variety of fish species, including tench, esox, perch, roach, commonplace carp or eel. That is why the "fishing district" no. 12 became located here. The lake is likewise linked to the Rega river by a canal. Karwowo is a part of so-known as "silent sector", set up by means of Polish Fishing Union. It manner that all self-propelled vessels are not allowed here.
