Heerhugowaard

Heerhugowaard is a city and municipality within the West Friesland vicinity within the Dutch province of Noord-Holland. Heerhugowaard traditionally does not belong to Kennemerland, but it does fall below the Kennemerland municipal cooperation region via Noord-Kennemerland.
