About Heerhugowaard
Heerhugowaard is a city and municipality within the West Friesland vicinity within the Dutch province of Noord-Holland. Heerhugowaard traditionally does not belong to Kennemerland, but it does fall below the Kennemerland municipal cooperation region via Noord-Kennemerland. The cutting edge Heerhugowaard originated as an agglomeration between the villages of Zuid, De Noord and 't Kruis, whereby South to begin with disappeared as an unbiased center and merged completely into Heerhugowaard, which began as a ribbon village along the Middenweg, with foothills along the Hondeweg.
