About Mingun Pahtodawgyi
It is located in Sagaing Region in focal Myanmar, which is an inadequate landmark stupa in Mingun, roughly 10 kilometers northwest of Mandalay.
The massive pay, also known as the Mantra Gyi Pagoda, the Mingun Pahtodawgyi, and the Great Royal Stupa makes for an impressive site on the banks of the Irrawaddy river.
The vestiges are the remaining parts of a monstrous development venture started by King Bodawpaya in 1790 which was deliberately left incomplete.
The pahtodawgyi is viewed as the physical signs of the outstanding criticisms of Bodawpaya. He set up a perception post on an island off Mingun to by and by direct the development of the sanctuary.
