About Botataung Pagoda
The Botataung Pagoda on the banks of the stream in downtown Yangon is one of the city's most exceedingly adored sanctuaries. The 40 meter high brilliant pagoda cherishes a holy hair relic of the Buddha. The Botataung Pagoda, likewise spelled Botahtaung Pagoda was fabricated nearly 2,500 years prior to the Mon individuals.
