About Sarawak Orchid Garden
Away from the rush of Kuching city, across the Sungai Sarawak Sarawak River, and just opposite the Waterfront it’s a paradise for orchid lovers. It’s most beautiful place, it draws tourists and the locals a closer view of the beautiful orchids displayed in the garden. The timing of the opening of the Orchid Garden from 9:30 am to 6 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. You can also visit also during public holidays except on Monday. There is no entry fee. If you need the short-cut to visit here you can use the ‘penambang’, or the boat, across Sungai Sarawak from Kuching Waterfront to Pengkalan Sapi.
