Villa Venier Contarini

Villa Venier, Contarini is a historic building located on the Riviera del Brenta in Mira Taglio in the province of Venice.The complex consists of a master body flanked by two barchesse and an oratory. Property of the property since the end of the nineties is the Veneto Region through the IRVV, of which it is operating on the mainland. 
The west guesthouse is enriched in three frescoed rooms with stories taken from the Odyssey, the Aeneid and the Iliad, attributed to Francesco Ruschi.
 The barchessa Est presents a frescoed hall, perhaps by the hand of Daniel van den Dyck, with stories of Psyche. Since the beginning of 2012 it has been the operational headquarters of the Regional Institute of Villas Venete IRVV.
