About St. Fransiskus Xaverius Church
This is the oldest Catholic church in the Kuta city, Bali and close to Ngurah Rai Airport. It was built in the 18th century during the Dutch colonial era. It is found from the records that were kept, the first baptisms were held here in 1812.
The church has been restored at least three times because of earthquake damage. The present church has lovely stained glass which one can admire from the outside.
