Pushpagiri, at 5,617 ft, is the most astounding crest in Pushpagiri Wildlife Sanctuary in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. It is situated in the Somwarpet Taluk, 20 kilometers 12 mi from Somwarpet in the northern piece of Kodagu locale on the fringe between Dakshina Kannada and Kodagu area and hassan areas. It is fourth most elevated pinnacle of Karnataka. The Sanskrit name of the mountain is Puspagiri while its Prakrit shape is Puphagiri, which is said in the Nagarjunakond Second Apsidal Temple inscription , despite the fact that this may allude to an alternate mountain toward the north of Cuddapah, in Andhra Pradesh.
