About Half moon beach

Since the half moon beach is not accessible through roads, so to reach the beach, one has go hiking or motor boating plying from Om beach. One can walk towards the southern end of Om beach till Dolphin cafe and follow the sign board indicating the direction to the Half moon beach.

The name of the beach is based on its similarities with a half moon. There are plenty of rocks and small patches of sand. The sand is clean and sparkles. Half moon beach attracts tourists from all across the world, especially hippie foreigners, who visit the beach to relax. This is an ideal place for travellers, backpackers and friends, but not for a family.
