About Dutch garden

The tomb of Baron Adrian Van Reede, who was director of the Dutch Company in India, stands out arrestingly in the Dutch cemetery. In 1612, the British mounted their trading manufacturing facility in Surat quickly to be followed by using the Dutch and French. Due to political and climatic problems and developing significance of Mumbai, Surat misplaced its prominence. In 1852, Surat have become the first municipality of Gujarat and regularly it became a major enterprise city well-known for its textile enterprise.
