Three supreme Chera dynastiesAD 801 - AD 1120 known as Ayes,Venads,and Kulasekaras ruled kerala . The pioneers of these conventions and interchange chieftains rulling little areas of rest of the kerala all were generaly reffered to as cheras by the all inclusive community of Chola and Pandiya countries . During this period AD 801 - AD 1120 the noteworthiness amoung the cheras were called CHERAMAN and rulers took title PERUMAL after coronation.
