The Bhimesa Temple is arranged in Samalkota. The sanctuary is rectangular fit as a fiddle and the primary symbol of Lord Shiva is amidst the sanctuary. A solid column is arranged on the western side of the sanctuary and is known as 'kappa stambham'. The engineering style of the sanctuary takes after the Bhimesa Temple in Draksharamam. There are ious engravings in the sanctuary that express that the town was before known as Chalukya Bhimaam. Visitors can come from all over the world to visit the temple with their friends and family members. This is one of the famous and ancient temple in that city.
