About St Grwsts Church

St Grwst's Church, Llanrwst, is situated in Church Street Tan yr Eglwys, Llanrwst, Conwy, Wales. It is a functioning Church in Wales ward church in the deanery of Llanrwst and Rhos, the archdeaconry of St Asaph, and the see of St Asaph. Its benefice is joined with those of Llanddoged with Capel Garmon, Llansanffraid Glan Conwy, and Eglwysbach. The congregation is assigned by Cadw as a Grade I recorded building. The congregation was worked in the late fifteenth century, potentially in the 1470s. The Gwydir Chapel was included 1633– 34 by Richard Wynn of Gwydir.

The west pinnacle was included the mid nineteenth century, supplanting a bellcote. In 1884 the Lancaster draftsmen Paley and Austin re-established the congregation and included a north walkway. They likewise evacuated the west display, and reseated the congregation, expanding its ability to 362. The expense of their work added up to £2,300. you accompany your relatives.
