Savonlinna Cathedral

Savonlinna Cathedral is placed in Savonlinna, Finland. It turned into built among 1874 and 1878 and designed by means of architect Axel Hampus Dalstrom within the Gothic Revival fashion. During the Winter War on 1 May 1940, Savonlinna become bombed and the church was damaged. It become restored in 1947–1948 by means of architect Bertel Liljeqvist. In 1990–1991, it was renovated by using Ansu Anstrom. This is the best area to visit on this town.
