About Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek

It is in the core of Copenhagen shows old and present-day workmanship in a genuinely exceptional environment. Established in 1888 by the brewer Carl Jacobsen 1842-1914, the workmanship gallery contains two primary divisions consolidating craftsmanship in the noteworthy design environment.

The Department of Antiquities houses phenomenal accumulations of Egyptian, Greek, Etruscan and Roman craftsmanship, giving a delightful walk around 3500 years of workmanship and history. The Modern Department centers around Danish painting and model of the nineteenth and twentieth hundreds of years, and also French specialty of a similar period. It is one of the great place in this city.
