Kalo Vig

It is a bay in the north end of the Bay of Aarhus, extending in a crescent from Skaering in the North West to Kalo Castle beneath Ronde in the North to the landmass Skodshoved in the East. The zone around Kalo Castle turned into a nature safeguard in 1939 and is currently a piece of Mols Bjerge National Park.
One of the amazing facts is there is a Sightlines over the inlet from Hjelmager south of Logten are liable to protection and conservation rules. Kalo Vig is portrayed by the differentiation between the cutting edge Studstrupvaerket on the West side of the inlet and the destroyed medieval palace Kalo Slot at the base of the bay.
