* 75% Refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 25% Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
* 0% Refund will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

•The above rates are a quotation and no reservation has been processed at the time of this request.
•Hotel rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
•Hotels may take a Security Deposit which will be refunded at Checkout.
•No Meal Transfer is provided.
•Quotation would be revised in case of any change in the package requirement.
•The rates do not include any surcharges (if applicable).
•Maximum waiting time for SIC tours & transfers will be 10 mins only from the time Guide Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up.
•Maximum waiting time for PRIVATE tours & transfers will be 15 mins only from the time Guide Driver have reported at the hotel for pick-up.
•Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re-instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered.
