• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Excluding
• 1. Any entrance ticket to any monuments or garden. The same needs to be paid directly at spot, all entries available at counter without any problem.
• 2. Vehicle is available for transportation, sightseeing on 8am t0 7pm basis, and not on disposal.
• 3. Ramoji film city entrance tickets.
• 4. Kindly note that Any Pick up drop to airport shall invite extra charges.
• 5. Meals, insurance, medicals, parking, toll, room orders, any entry ticket, mineral water, insurance, tips, late driving.
• 6. All which are not in inclusion list. Any city tour, pick up drop, Out of city drive or sightseeing not included. Late evening drive or keeping the car engaged is chargeable.
• 7. Any train / airfare not included.
