Memorable 6 Days 5 Nights Munnar, Thekady and Alleppey Tour Package

I think that holiday dreams have to up their game when it comes to payments and communication. In this day and age travellers load their credit card and swipe their payments accordingly,the company cannot demand such huge cash payments as no one in their right mind would carry that amount of cash. This should be communicated to their client before they leave on their journey.. The company should assist the client if they are experiencing any difficulties as each country has a different banking system.Towards the end of the journey instead of feeling happy and relaxed we felt harrassed by the demands made by the company owner.

Overall excellent

Overall tour was good but didn't met our expectation. But we expects proper guidance / plan in term of places to be visited in whatever time slot available, which we didn't found. Moreover, packages for 3 stars hotel with MAP plan. But in Rishikesh, better hotel was available (i forgot name) just 500 meter away from our stay with same tarrrif which was not arranged....may be lack of awareness from your end. Also whenever you offered MAP plan please make sure that weather such type of facality or practice available in that Hotel. Because we have been provided Hotel Mall Palace at Mussoorie, nodoubt Hotel room was good. But when checked in....we had a very bad experience in having Lunch. We had a interaction with Hotel owner and he cooperated very nicely. He explained that normally in Mussoorie touriest dont prefere MAP plan....they prefere only Break fast.....so they dont have such type of routine practice. In MAP plan they provide food in Rooom. They dont have proper dining hall for group of people if they want to have food together. So please take it as feedback and try to plug in such types of gaps in future and make sure to fulfill the promises, which you made to customer. Since last on decades I had 7 to 8 tours and I would rank this tour at bottom.
