Fantastic. Always there for me. Everything was done very professionally and the tours and accommodation was great. Our trip to India was a very memorable one.

Arranging a tour with IER is highly recommended! I got in touch with the agency eight months prior to the trip, and during all that time Shyam was there to answer any questions or enquiries. I was amazed of the fact that he was always available even late in the evening and when he was on holiday himself. The feedback and response were 100% professional as well as personal, and it was my true impression that Shyam was very flexible and obviously concerned about making this the best trip possible for my family and me. When we finally arrived in Delhi, everything went extremely smoothly! We felt very safe with our competent driver and well taken care of by the different guides and representatives throughout the whole trip. Usually I always do all the travel arrangements myself, but in this case there is no doubt in my mind that I could never have done anything like this without Shyam and IER, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to choose them again, if going back to India in the future. Thank you for all your help, support and patience, Shyam, and all the best of luck to you in the future :-)

Our Trip to Kashmir was a really memorable one. It really is Heaven on Earth. We are pleased, thankful and impressed with the speed and quality of your referrals provided. We used IER Destination Management Pvt. Ltd as Shyam Thakur from this company was the first one to revert to your referral and we were happy with the pro-activeness shown by him and IER. Their understanding of our requirement was fine and he was able to tailor a package which perfectly fit our needs.
