On arrival at Varanasi, transfer to hotel. If time permits, go for city tour and later attend evening Ganga aarti. In Varanasi city tour we will try to visit popular temples like Kashi Vishwanath temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Bharatmata Temple etc. In evening, we will proceed for boating in Ganges river and capture the images of Ganga arti from boat which is important event of Varanasi sightseeing. Overnight at hotel in Varanasi.

We will begin the day with boat ride in Ganges to witness morning sunrise and see the devotees taking holy bath in river. We will also visit through various Varanasi ghats having popularity for different reasons. Later after breakfast, drive to popular Buddhist pilgrim site Sarnath which is adjoining to Varanasi city. Here Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Sarnath is known for ancient stupa and marks of Buddhist monastery, revealed after excavation work. You can also visit many new Buddhist temples. Later in evening, visit handloom shops and see the artists working on handloom and producing magnificently designed products. Banarasi Sarees of Varanasi liked throughout the India and even exported to other countries. Overnight at hotel in Varanasi.

This will be the last day of tour so we will visit Ram Nagar Fort of Varanasi. It is close to Banaras Hindu University and a heritage building encompassing timeline of Varanasi history. Members of Kashi (ancient name of Varanasi) still lives here and visits city time to time on special occasions like Dussehra festival etc. Later we will drive to airport or railway station for departure.
