• 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 75% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Flight fare as on 01 Aug 2019. - Any increase in the air fare, fuel surcharge or taxes charged by the airline on the air ticket before issuance of the ticket will be charged extra irrespective of the booking date. -All Prices are correct at the time of making this quotation. The Hotels and other service owners reserve the right to change the price or apply high season surcharge as during the period of festivals and events. The price will be reconfirmed before confirmation is made and guaranteed after a deposit is made a traveler. - Prices tend to rise during long weekend or Festive time (in India or Thailand), Additional Surcharges will be advised separately if applicable - No inventory has been blocked for the indicated period, and all prices are valid subject to availability of rooms. In case rooms are not available, alternative accommodation can be provided in similar hotels. - The package customization can lead to price variation (increase or decrease) and will be quoted as such. Standard Check In time is at 1400 hrs & standard Check out is at 1200 hrs. -Early Check In & Late Check Out unless pre booked and paid in advance is subject to availability and at hotel s discretion. -A mandatory refundable security deposited may be required at the hotel at the time of check in. The amount may vary depending on the hotel. Cash or Credit card accepted. The amount is refunded at the time of check out after clearing all incidental charges -Cancellation policy is applicable only for the refundable part of the booking. -issuance and cancellation of the air ticket, and Baggage allowance is bound by the terms and conditions of the carrier airline. Therefore we suggest customers to refer the same but for making the booking.
