• Payment Policy:
• • Booking will be confirmed only with 25% advance of the total package amount
• • All payments for the tour should be made 10 days prior to the departure. Final documents will be issued only after the balance payment is made to OYO.
• • Payments can be made through Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer and Cheque
• Cancellation Policy:
• • From the booking date till 7 days prior to departure: 30% of the package cost
• • From 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of the package cost
• • 24 hours to 3 days prior to departure: 75% of the package cost
• • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: 100% of the package cost
• • If the participant is not able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the organizers, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he / she has no right to claim a refund.
