Terms and Conditions

• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Exclusions
• • Expenses at hotels, apartment, airports and seaports, tips, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not part of the tour.
• • Anything not specifically mentioned in Inclusions.
• • Any increase in fuel cost, government taxes, Intra and interstate taxes etc. , the tour price will be amended in accordance.
• • Entrance fees and guide charges wherever applicable not included in inclusions and itinerary
• • Add-On tours unless mentioned otherwise
• • Hotel surcharges or Gala dinner if applicable during a high / festive season to be paid extra per person.
• • As mentioned in the itinerary.

• • You need to pay 100% now to reserve your trip.

• Flight cancellation policy:
• • Cancellation will be as per the airlines cancellation policy
• Tour cancellation policy:
• • Cancellation charges will be applied as per the cancellation policy below:
• • 25% of cost of tour before 40 days or more days of departure:
• • 50% of cost of tour before 20 to 39 days of departure:
• • 100% of cost of tour before 20 days of departure:
• • Cancellation of one member may amount to cancellation of whole tour.
• • In case of delay or cancellation of flights/itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, The Travel Cube will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of any kind including curtailment of trip. Agency will however try to make the best alternate arrangements and facilitate customers with best services possible. Any additional expense incurred due to such cancellations would have to be borne by the guests.
