Day 1 : Guwahati

ARRIVE GUWAHATI
Arrive Guwahati and transfer to your hotel. AfternoonEvening visit to the Kamakhya Temple, on Nilachal hill, 08 kms west of Guwahati city, is one of the most venerated shaktipeeths in India. The temple is dedicated to goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati. It is on Nilachal hill, says the Shiva Purana, that the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell when Vishnu, in a bid to save the world from the Shiva/’s tandava nrittya or dance of destruction, cut her dead body into 51 pieces with his suddarshan chakra. Day 2 : Kaziranga

GUWAHTI /– KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK (ABOUT 240 KMS 5-6 HRS.)
After breakfast drive to Kaziranga National Park, En-route lunch. Arrive Kaziranga National park and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon jeep safari at central range in Kaziranga (on direct payment). Kaziranga National Park is spread over 850 sq kms across Golaghat, Nagaon and Sonitpur districts. Kaziranga National Park is also designated World Natural Heritage sites by UNESCO in 1985. Originally established as a reserve forest in 1908, Kaziranga was declared a sanctuary in 1916 to counter excessive poaching, especially of its most prized inhabitant, the rhinoceros. On in hotel

Day 3 : Kaziranga

KAZIRANGA LOCAL
Early morning enjoy Elephant safari to visit centralwestern range of the park (on direct payment). Return back to your hotel for breakfast. Afternoon visit Orchid garden, Tea & rubber garden, Tribal village etc.
JEEP SAFARI TIMINGS:
Morning Safari starts from 07.00 am till 09.30 am for 02 hours.
Afternoon Safari starts from 01.30 pm till 03.30 pm for 02 hours.
ELEPHANT SAFARI TIMINGS:
Central Zone of the park at 05.30 am and at 06.30 am for 40 minutes respectively.

Day 4 : Shillong

KAZIRANGA-SHILLONG (ABOUT 295 KMS 6-7 HRS)
After breakfast drive to Shillong visit /“Umiam /”lake enjoy water activities et, later proceed to Shillong visit Don bosco museum. On Hotel.

Day 5 : Shillong

SHILLONG-MAWLLILONG-SHILLONG (ABOUT 90 KMS 3-4 HRS.)
Morning after breakfast a day excursion to Mawllilong-cleanest village in Asia en-route visit balancing rock. Arrive Mawllilong and visit Single decker living root bridge inside the jungle, later visit and enjoy the locally made watch tower, made up of bamboos. This watch tower gives you 360 degree view of the surrounding area. Later visit Dawki enjoy water activities on the river /“Umgot/” (direct payment) back to Shillong. ON at hotel.

Day 6 : Shillong

CHERRAPUNJI /– SHILLONG (ABOUT 60 KMS 02 HRS ONE SIDE)
After breakfast go for a day excursion to Cherrapunji with enroute visit of Shillong Peak and Elephant Falls. Later proceed to Cherrapunji & visit Mawsmai Cave, Khasi Monoliths, Koh Ramhah, Seven sisters water fall (one of the longest in India). Later drive back to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day 7 : Guwahati

SHILLONG- GUWAHATI (ABOUT 110 KMS 2-3 HRS)
After breakfast drive back to Guwahati. Arrive Guwahati and transfer to your hotel .Afternoon visit Sankardev Kalakhetra, Bhimasankar Temple, Umananda , evening river cruise at Brahmaputra (direct payment). ON hotel.

Day 8 : Guwahati

GUWAHATI AIRPORT DROP
After breakfast drop at Guwahati airport to catch your flight to onward destination.
