Mr. Mangat .R . Sharma is the sales manager who was dealing with us .Contact Number : 9990905915 / 8505909898 We were 6 persons all were senior citizens . Mr.Mangat has full filled his promise . This was our first experience to travel through a travel agent .Before this we arranged many trip by own.We opt the package for 10 days from Haridwar to Chardham , including breakfast,dinner .driver bhatta ,toll tax and parking. The details of our hotel are given below 1)Hotel Akshat Palace ,Barkot 2 Nights 2)Hotel Sree Niwas ,Ujeli,Uttarkashi , 2 nights 3) Hotel Pareswari Phata ,2 Nights . This was the worst hotel in our stay because it was far away from any other village and we have to depend only on the hotel's arrangments . like monopoly . He was charging for hot water for bath @40/- per bucket ( which was not sufficient for a person ) 4) We booked guest house at Kedarnathji by own ( on the spot ) charged Rs500/- per person. 5)Deepak Lodge at Badrinathji 1 night 6)Hotel Samrat at Srinagar ( in the mid city )

Om shubh yatra , aloocated two person Avinash keshari before booking and during booking and travelling stage Prasun Chuahan both were very helpful and approachable. The Hotel provided at Govind ghat "The Ganga valley resort" was awesome wonderful hospitality provided. We enjoyed every bit of it. But hotel provided at Phata "Hotel Sajwan" was below expectation. People were good but the amenities and quality of rooms and food were pathetic.
