Their representatives doesn't speak English, they were insisting us to speak in Hindi. Last 3 days (Hotel Meadows-Manali) rooms were not clean(E.g. Muddy mats) 3 times we have changed the room(since heater was not working & was getting tripped). No proper guidance from the travels or the hotel, of which we have paid 2,000/- for Rohtang pass upto midway(from the hotel abt 30kms), if they would have guided we would have taken sharing cab(300 per person). The highlight of the trip was candle light dinner( but not served), when asked for clarification, next day morning they should be one candle in my room! No buffet food(e.g. Morning we had bread toast & night we had roti & rice. We have been forced to adapt to the situation ( when asked for clarification, they told for this package this was the best can been done) else another 8,000/- to be spared more. Any have I have adapted to the situation and convinced my wife. I hereby endorse that I will guide my neighbours, friends with good travel packages (since seeing our trip photos I am getting enquiries). Overall MIJ is average.
