•       20% will be chargeable 30 days prior arrival date

•       50% will be chargeable 29-7 days prior arrival date

•       75% will be chargeable 7-03 days prior arrival date

•       Full Amount will be chargeable 2 days prior arrival date or No Show

TERMS & CONDITIONS – MEGHALAYA & ASSAM TOUR PACKAGE

1.     Booking Confirmation

The tour booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment as per the payment policy. All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2.     Hotel Policy

o  Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, subject to hotel policy.

o  Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.

o  Hotels provided are as per category selected or similar, depending on availability.

3.     Transportation

o  Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary using a private vehicle.

o  Vehicle usage is limited to point-to-point sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary.

o  AC may not be operational in hilly areas for safety reasons.

4.     Sightseeing & Itinerary

o  Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, road conditions, government permissions, and local regulations.

o  Any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary will be chargeable extra.

o  Certain attractions (like viewpoints, caves, waterfalls, river cruise, etc.) may be closed without prior notice due to weather or administrative reasons.

5.     Permits & Entry Fees

o  Entry fees, camera charges, activity fees, boating, river cruise, and adventure activities are not included unless specifically mentioned.

o  Any special permits required will be arranged as per feasibility and may be chargeable.

6.     Weather & Natural Conditions

Meghalaya and Assam are subject to heavy rainfall and changing weather conditions. Delays, route changes, or cancellations due to natural causes are beyond the company’s control and will not be eligible for refund.

7.     Guest Responsibility

o  Guests are requested to carry valid photo ID proof at all times.

o  Guests must follow local rules, safety guidelines, and instructions given by the driver or tour coordinator.

o  The company is not responsible for loss of luggage, valuables, or personal belongings.

8.     Cancellation & Refund

o  Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.

o  No refund will be provided for unused services, sightseeing, meals, or early departures.

9.     Changes in Booking

Any change in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary after confirmation will be subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

10. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes due to events beyond control such as natural calamities, landslides, strikes, political unrest, flight delays, or government restrictions.

11. Liability Disclaimer

The tour operator acts only as a service coordinator and shall not be responsible for injury, accident, death, loss, or damage during the tour.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking, the guest agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
