• Normal Check in (12 :00 PM)/ Checkout time with the hotels are (12 :00 PM).

• We need list of all the passengers (Name, Age, Gender), along with valid scanned photo id (Passport / Driving License, Voter Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card).
• If the destination of a particular day canu2019t be reached due to landslides, natural Calamities, traffic jams, arrangements of that night stay and meals to the nearest availability shall be made at extra cost and bearable by Guests directly. Refunds of the original destination shall not be made.
• If there is any technical / mechanical fault, alternate will be made.
• Please consult us / driver / local representative for next dayu2019s transferu2019s timings.
• Due to shortage of water supply on the hills, there will be restricted water supply by the hotels in the rooms. Please cooperate with hotels.
• Due to any natural causes, landslides, road blocks, traffic jams, cost of that date for the accommodation, meals, and transport shall be charged extra, and tourists have to clear the payment before conclusion of the tour.
• Person with asthma or any health problems need to get a medical checkup and to travel on advice of the doctor. We shall proceed with your booking once we have received the payment from you & if we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels.
