2 Days Mumbai to Kumbhar Wada Holiday Package

Travel arrangements were fine. Timely service. Friendly staff. Car was good _ Toyota Inova ) Spacious and comfortable with A/C . Our Driver for the duration of Kerala trip was great. His name Manoj. Friendly and respectful. Good job. Inspite of 5 star arrangements, some of the Hotel accomodations were not upto par. Especially Dream hotel in Cochin ( very humid, muggy and limited windows. ) . and Resort in Munar. Anyway over all trip was great.

My family n I had a wonderful time during d tour. Good experience, sightseeing etc. On the whole everything is good. Arrangement before tour through u Pallavi, very well organized thank you n sorry if I bugged u through my mails. Kashmir tour ok minus first nite stay, tour guide very cooperative, houseboat good service, food good. Jaipur,Agra tour nice n thank you for providing a wonderful driver pratap singh, very nice person ,we miss him. The tour guides were good minus delhi guide not so good. Hotel Aster Inn excellent place but the location for shoppers in Karol Bagh street bazaar quite far n not suitable for family group. So on the whole very good tour.THANK YOU GUYS!

On behalf of my family and me,I would like to thank you for the tour arrangements which you, Mohit, Rakesh and Shraada went through to make it an an enjoyable tour. While there were shortcomings which is normal especially since we had to change destinations from Kashmir to Chandigarh & Shimla at the last minute, we do not wish to make a meal of it but just to say that we enjoyed ourselves. Karthini and I are also grateful to you Rakesh and Shraada for helping Karthini out with the the tailor. It is truly appreciated and I am indebted to all of you for having taken the trouble to help get the dress sewn on time before our departure. Thank you once again. I still have to settle the issue regarding the shortfall in the amount of INR129700 sent to you as final settlement. I am awaiting the relevant document from your bank in Delhi which Mohit was supposed to get and forward to me. I will then have it checked at my bank and if indeed my bank sent you an amount which is short of INR129700, I will immediately send you a bank draft for the difference in the shortfall. You have my word on that. But if your bank can't give me the letter,please let me know and I will send you the money nonetheless. I value my integrity more than anything else.I do not want your company to lose money at my expense. Please accept my shortcomings and I would like to extend my apologies to you and anyone else for any harsh words that I may have used in my moment of anger and disappointment over the shortfall incident.
