Day wise Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive Guwahati – Kaziranga

On Arrival at Guwahati Airport driver will pick you up after that proceed towards Kaziranga - a hub of one horned Rhinoceros also known as the place of many endangered species. On Reaching Check in to your hotel in Kaziranga and take rest. And overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Day 2 : Jeep Safari at Kaziranga

After Breakfast get ready for Exclusive Jeep Safari. After safari come back to hotel have your lunch and take rest. Your evening is at leisure and you can sprawl amidst nature with your kids. In the later evening you can go to Kaziranga Sandhya a euphoric cultural extravaganza where different folk dances of Assam are shown including Bihu which is a famous traditional dance of Assamese people. Cherish the beginning of a wonderful holiday and revel in the scenic beauty of the jungle. After dinner, retreat to your room for a cosy overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Day 3 : Elephant Safari Kaziranga – Shillong

In the morning at 5 AM, before breakfast proceed for the Elephant Safari Pay on Direct Basis at any of the range Eastern/Central. Explore the wildlife of Kaziranga specially the pride of Assam, One horned Rhinoceros, Wild Buffalo, Hog Deer, Swamp deer, red headed bill and ious flora and faunas. After Elephant Safari Return back to hotel have breakfast take rest then pack your bags and check out from the resort and proceed towards Shillong en route covering some of the sightseeing. You could also take selfies and photo sessions. SHILLONG- The capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. Shillong has rightly earned the sobriquet of "Scotland of the East" owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate. On the way to Shillong you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction where you can have lunch also, it is located just before entering to Shillong. Reach hotel and check in, after some leisure you can also visit local market to enjoy the local cuisines and night life of the city. Later in the evening have your dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Shillong.

Day 4 : Shillong - Full Day City Tour

Today after breakfast get ready to get a full day city tour of Shillong, The capital city of Meghalaya- Shillong, fondly known as the Scotland of the East. Shillong attractions – • Don Bosco centre Indigenous Cultures Shillong: - The Don Bosco Museum of Indigenous Cultures at DBCIC Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures is Asia's largest Museum of Indigenous Cultures of its kind. In it the visitor can have an overview of the whole of North East India. Closed on Sunday • Lady Hydari Park: - Beautiful Park in the heart of the town. Lady Hydari Park, owes its existence to the erstwhile nature loving first lady of the state, Lady Hydari the wife of Governor of Assam It used to be a big state. This mini zoo clubbed with a deer park stretches for more than one Kilometre and presents some of the best grown and bred rose beds. The roses and blossoms are of tasteful tones and colours. The park has been very passionately maintained and also provides a special play arena for the tiny tots. The combination of the zoo, Park and beautiful stretches of flower beds makes it an ideal location for young couples but also for the families to spend some quality time together. • Ward's Lake - Located in the heart of the city, this horse-shoe shaped lake is a popular spot to take a lazy walk or admire the green lawn dotted with multi-coloured flowers. Named after Sir William Ward, the then Chief Commissioner of Assam, who initiated the plan for the construction of this lake, which was later constructed by Colonel Hopkins in the year 1894, this lake is nature at its very best. • Shillong Peak - Situated at an elevation of about 1965 m above sea level, Shillong Peak gives a scenic view to the visitors. Beautiful landscape, lush greenery and the serene environment attracts large numbers of tourists. Shillong peak is actually one of the highest points of the state and is therefore regarded as a highly famous Shillong attraction. In the evening time, the city appears even more beautiful. • Elephant falls - Renamed as Elephant Falls by the British, who found it difficult to pronounce the local name, the waterfall is believed to have gotten its name from a huge elephant-shaped rock near it. Though the rock was destroyed in an earthquake, the name remained. Make the best use of this waterfall and shed your inhibitions to take a dip in cold, clear water. After city visit, Back to Hotel reach there by the evening check into the hotel and enjoy the food in the evening can have a leisurely walk locally.

Day 5 : Shillong – Explore Mawphlang Forest - Mawsynram – Shillong

Today after breakfast get ready to Explore Mawphlang Scared Forest. • Mawphlang Sacred Forest. About Mawphlang Sacred Forest Mawphlang Sacred Forest one of the most remarkable features of the Khasi Hills are the sacred forests, which have been preserved by traditional religious sanction, since the ancient days. One of the most famous sacred forests is the Mawphlang Sacred Forest, about 25 kilometres from Shillong. The sacred grove has an amazing life form of plants, flowering trees, orchids and butterflies. An ideal destination for nature lovers. The sacred-groves which have been preserved since time immemorial, are in sharp contrast to their surrounding grasslands. These groves are generally rimmed by a dense growth of Castanopsis kurzii trees, forming a protective hedge which halts intrusion of Pinus kasia Khasi pine which dominates all areas outside the sacred groves. Inside the outer rim, the sacred groves are virtually Nature's Own Museum. The heavily covered grounds have a thick cushion of humus accumulated over the centuries. The trees in every sacred grove are heavily loaded with epiphytic growth of aroids, pipers, ferns, fern-allies and orchids. The humus-covered grounds likewise harbour myriad ieties of plant life, many of which are found nowhere else. After that drive towards Mawsynram on reaching start exploring Mawjyngbuin Cave Naturally Formed Shiva Lingaa. It’s like Kedar Nath Shiva Lingaa. Kedar Nath Shiva Lingaa formed by snow and Mawjyngbuin Shiva Linge formed by stone. After that visit local market to enjoy the local cuisines and night life of the city. Later in the evening have your dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Shillong.

Day 6 : Shillong - Smit - Latilum canyon - Jowai

After breakfast go for day excursion of Shillong off beat location: • The Laitlum canyons are literally translated as ‘End of Hills’, or ‘Edge of the World’. And it is fact that Laitilum nestled at great heights, and is surrounded by vast rocky hills and valleys. • Jowai - Krangsuri Waterfall After that come back to Shillong hotel take rest and overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 7 : Shillong - MAWLLYNNONG VILLAGE –DAWKI – Cherrapunjee

After breakfast and check out from the hotel and proceed towards Mawllynnong Village the cleanest village in Asia • Mawylynnong, a picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. d as the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003, the modestly existing Mawylynnong has alternatively been known as 'God's own garden' too. Go for a short trek of the village and see the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root Bridge. • Dawki and river Umgnot, with pictures of crystal clear waters popular in the social media. You can have a bath over here, enjoy local boating. On the way to Dawki you can enjoy the view of Borhill Falls and Kyram Falls. • Single Decker Bridge - Right at the midway while going downhill, you’ll get a different path, indicating the route towards Single Decker Living Root Bridge. After that back to Cheerapunjee hotel reach there by the evening check into the hotel and enjoy the food in the evening can have a leisurely walk locally. Overnight Stay at cheerapunjee.

Day 8 : Nongriat Treak Double Decker Bridge -

• DOUBLE DECKER BRIDGE - As the living root bridge and another strange natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing on another rock. Living Root Bridge, a natural bridge formed with the roots of the trees. A little hiking is required to see the magnificent bridge hiking approx. 1 hour. Then visit the balancing rock, a small stone holding a big rock by balancing it on above it and the Tree House watch tower made by the local people of the village. • Mawsmai cave: A major northeast tourist attraction, the Mawsmai cave is flocked by tourists throughout the year. Visit these surreal limestone constructions for a holistic holiday experience. • Arwah cave: The Arwah Cave in Cherrapunjee is a magnificent spot for all nature lovers. One can spot a diverse range of flora and fauna amidst these limestone stacks. Evening you will return towards cherrapunjee on reaching cherrapunjee check into the hotel have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9 : Explore Cheerapunjee – Guwahati
