Shanxi Museum

The Shanxi Museum is the biggest gallery and social working in the territory of Shanxi, China. The historical center, situated in Shanxi's common capital Taiyuan, is home to around 400,000 social relics and 110,000 old books. Since March 2008, confirmation is free with a legitimate ID. The gallery began off as the Education Library and Museum of Shanxi, which opened in October 9, 1919 as one of the most punctual exhibition halls in China.

Not long after the Second Sino-Japanese War the organization's accumulations were vigorously harmed and in part moved to Japan. In September 1953, the exhibition hall turned into the Shanxi Provincial Museum. After the culmination of the new working in 2005 it was formally renamed the Shanxi Museum.
