About Luoyang Museum

Luoyang Museum is a historical museum in Luoyang, Henan Province, China. Arranged in the Yellow River valley. It offers shows of the rich social legacy of Luoyang, a noteworthy Chinese social focus, which was the capital of in excess of twelve antiquated traditions of the Xia and the East Zhou. The historical center was first worked in 1958, in Guanlin, seven kilometers south of Luoyang City. It was moved toward the north side of Zhongzhou Road in 1973 close to the Wangcheng Park, which, at a territory of 67 hectares, is the biggest open stop in Luoyang. The new exhibition hall opened on May 1, 1974.
It houses relics from unearthing locales on the edges of Luoyang, in the city's old segment. The gallery is worked in old Tang Dynasty, Chinese design style. An Eastern Han Dynasty painting of the "hundred-bloom" lamp is shown on the front exterior of the museum. With four show lobbies and five presentation rooms, it is spread more than 20,000 square meters with a story space of 10,000 square meters. The antiquaries are masterminded to show the development of social structure, starting with crude society in the principal lobby, trailed by displays identified with subjugation, and feudalism.
