About Jost Heritage House

It is a popular museum located in Sydney, Canada. The building housing the museum is one of the oldest buildings in the town. It is considered to be constructed in the year 1787.

It used to be the home of a very important merchant. It has several attractions including but not limited to a collection of model ships and a plethora of medicines used by an early 20th-century apothecary/chemist, present related to local marine life and Cape Breton history.

The guided tours are amazing and the guides dress up in period attire for added effect. Visit this museum for a fun-filled experience.
