Interpretation Center of Cote-de-Beaupre

The Centre d'Interpretation de la Cote-de-Beaupre CICB, located in Chateau-Richer on the royal avenue, is renowned as centre of diffusion of La Cote-de-Beaupre by the M.R.C since 1996. It is additionally a piece of the Route de la Nouvelle-France gathering, one of the most seasoned streets of Quebec. Made in 1984 at the development of the MRC, the CICB is non-benefit association, perceived and maintained by the Ministere de la Culture, des Communications et de la Condition feminine du Quebec.

First settled at the Moulin a eau du Petit-Pre de Chateau-Richer, the CICB obtained, in 2000, the old religious circle of Chateau Richer. In the wake of redesigning and re-establishing it, the CICB moved into the old religious circle and in doing as such increased around four times the room. The CICB offers to guests the chance to find parts of the geology, history, culture and legacy of the Beaupre-Coast area.
