About Bolivia

A fairly unknown yet magical destination, Bolivia, is full of magnificent natural landscapes. It is beautiful, geographical, and democratic country located in the heart of South America. With its rich colonial treasures skimming through the UNESCO heritage sites, jungle retreats of Amazon basin give way to high altitude scenery, and extreme adventures look simply superlative to undergo a wealth of once-in-a-lifetime travel experience.
Bolivia is a mulch-ethnic nation enclosed by Brazil to the northeast, Peru to the northwest, Chile to the southwest, Paraguay and Argentina to the south. The country is a landlocked settlement indeed rich in terms of natural resources, wildlife-rich grasslands and beauty that reflected in ancient civilization. Its capital city is Sucre and people here mostly communicate in three languages which are Spanish, Quechua and Aymara. Bolivia is fortunate to lay claim to many things like worlds most beautiful lakes, year-round festivities and no beaches at all. Bolivia in South America can be chosen as your next stopover owing to the fact that it has one of the highest capital cities in the world. Being a traveler, you can indulge in several adventurous activities and off-the-beaten-path explorations. Thanks to its varied climatic conditions. Plus, Bolivia travel is also a good option for you if you are all ok with windiest, steamiest and warmest locations of the world.

Oruro is a very dirty and ugly town. The hotels are 5 times the price during Carnaval than the rest of the year. I spent 120$ per night in a one star hotel. The streets are filled with people and it is hard to enjoy the parade. I believe it is a better choice to stay in La Paz or Cochabamba for the night and only go to the parade for a few hours.
