About Coudenberg
Coudenberg or Koudenberg is a little incline in Brussels where the Palace of Coudenberg was made. For very nearly 700 years, the Castle and a short time later the Palace of Coudenberg was the seat of organization of the counts. The statue was not equestrian, but instead exhibited Charles-Alexander standing, dealing with the issues of government. Tragically, following the French Revolution and in the midst of the control of Brussels by the French, it was diminished down for the estimation of the metal.
The rest of the parts of the old stronghold and close-by building have been generally revealed underneath present ground level and spared with a fragmentary strong cover and those residual parts can be passed by methods for the Bellevue display, and give an astounding presentation of this recorded old irregularity.
