Kecharis Monastery

Kecharis Monastery is a medieval Armenian devout complex going back to the eleventh to thirteenth hundreds of years, found 60 km from Yerevan, in the ski resort town of Tsakhkadzor in Armenia. In the twelfth and thirteenth hundreds of years, Kecharis was a noteworthy religious focus of Armenia and a position of advanced education.

Today, the religious community has been completely reestablished and is plainly unmistakable from the ski inclines. The vaults of the two primary houses of worship were vigorously harmed in a quake in 1927. The structures were preserved amid the time of the Armenian SSR, and modifying work began in the 1980s.
