We offer you to start your journey across Armenia with a fascinating sightseeing tour of
Yerevan, the heart of Armenia. You are going to enjoy interesting stories of the thousand-year
history of the capital along with visits of architectural monuments (such as the Opera House,
Cascade Complex, National Assembly Building, Republic Square, Erebuni Museum and
Fortress), as well as vintage central streets of the city (such as Abovyan str., Mashtots ave.,
Baghramyan ave., Northern ave.). And from the height of the special viewpoint the whole city
will open up towards you.

During this tour you will visit Dilijan, also called Armenian Switzerland for its fantastic natural
forests. The city is part of the Dilijan National Park. You will have stop near Lake Parz (Crystal),
formed due to natural climatic changes, standing for quite a popular destination among tourists,
visiting Armenia. In the end of the program there is the well-preserved Makaravank monastery,
where one can immerse in the beauty of amazing architectural details, referring to the 10-13th
centuries.

This combined tour includes visits of some of the most popular attractions of Armenia. During
morning time Biblical Mount Ararat is especially beautiful, so the first stop is foreseen at the
closest point to the mountain from Armenia /– Khor Virap monastery, from where Christianity
in Armenia originates. Afterwards you will have a stop at a special view point and there will be a
chance to take nice photos of Azat Reservoir, surrounded with nature. Next on the route is the
only pagan temple in Armenia /– Garni. See lavash (Armenian thin bread) baking process, which
is one of the most beautiful and common Armenian national traditions. And, finally, you will be
amazed by the magnificence of the 13th century Geghard monastic complex, partially carved in
the rock and included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.
