• • There is no contract between RAYS11OCEANS Tours & Travels and the passenger until the company has received the appropriate non – refund deposit.
• • Along with the registration amount the passenger must pay the cost of rail or other Rail tickets and other optional programme.
• • If a passenger fails to make the payment within the stipulated time, the company shall forfeit the entire amount paid at the time of booking and apply this scale of cancellation charges given below, the passenger shall not be entitled to the refund of the same.
• • Passengers have to clear the entire billing amount before tour departure date.
