National Botanic Garden

A well known to tourists, the National Herbarium and Botanic Garden is middle for research and data on the indigenous plants of Zimbabwe. It's in charge of the investigation of Zimbabwe verdure keeping in mind the end goal to advance its protection, improvement and practical utility.

The National Herbarium stores saved plant examples while the living examples are developed in the National Botanic Garden. The Herbarium has around 500 000 plant examples.

It is the fundamental reference fixate for investigating on recognizing and naming plants of the Flora Zambesiaca Region. This area contains Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Botswana and the Caprivi.

The Botanic Garden develops more than 900 trees and bushes of Zimbabwe in gatherings to demonstrate the affiliations that are found in different parts of the nation.
