About Chapungu Sculpture Park

The Chapungu Sculpture Park is well known among locals and visitors, it is a figure stop in Msasa, Harare, Zimbabwe, which shows crafted by Zimbabwean stone artists. It was established in 1970 by Roy Guthrie, who was instrumental in advancing crafted by its stone carvers around the world.

It is well known for its beauty and unique statues or sculptures, One way this was done was by displaying the models in Botanical Gardens in a visiting show called "Chapungu: Custom and Legend — A Culture in Stone".

The figure stop is the show community for ious noteworthy stone carvings from ious Artists. Zimbabwe is known for its substantial gathering of dark serpentine stone, which has offered, ascend to the advancement of this essential stop.
