Woolworth Building

The Woolworth Building is a skyscraper. It is a tower which has 60 stories and 792 feet above Broadway was the tallest working on the planet when it was finished, in 1913. Financed in real money by the five-and-dime tycoon Frank W. Woolworth and planned by planner Cass Gilbert, the building won broad recognition for its spearheading steel-outline structure and shocking inside and outside appearance.
