University Mall

College Mall, beforehand University Square Mall, is a shopping center situated close to the University of South Florida, only north of the city furthest reaches of Tampa on Fowler Avenue; a noteworthy eight path, east-west passage. The property is found only east of I-275, a noteworthy north/south interstate serving Tampa and regions toward the north.

University Square Mall was formally committed August 15, 1974 with Robinson's of Florida and Maas Brothers, whose area was their 6th to be situated in a shopping center their initial five shopping center stores were at Edison Mall, WestShore Plaza, Tyrone Square Mall, DeSoto Square, and Paddock Mall, individually.

JCPenney came inline in October 1974, and Sears, the remainder of the four unique grapples and the just a single outstanding today, started business in September 1975. Burdines was included, as a fifth stay, in 1983 in the middle of Sears and Robinson's.
