This is an easygoing bar style diner that serves an every day tasting menu of contemporary American food with a touch of Japanese and Asian flavors. The lounge area includes a bolted, stainless-steel bar, brightening ironwork on the dividers and an old block stove that has been changed over into a comfortable enclave.

A flawless patio allures on warm summer evenings while tempting fragrances float from the kitchen to give coffee shops an aroma of what is to come. The testing menu includes little plates of Octopus presented with Celeriac and Sunflower, Scallops presented with Lentils, Shio Kombu, Maitake and Sake Lees, and New York Strip with Black Garlic, Parsnips, and Smoked Macadamia, all matched with deliberately chose wines and purpose from Japan and around the globe.
