Terrace Hill Historic Site

Terrace Hill, otherwise called Hubbell Mansion, Benjamin F. Allen House, and Iowa Governor's Mansion, is the official living arrangement of the Governor of Iowa, United States. Situated at 2300 Grand Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa, it is a case of Second Empire design. The home measures 18,000 square feet 1,600 m².
