About Suncook Valley Railroad bridge site

The Suncook Valley Railroad was a short-line railroad in Concord ,New Hampshire. The course of the mythical Blueberry Express was first proposed in January 1849, when a sanction was allowed by the province of New Hampshire to John Berry to manufacture a railroad from east of Concord into the Suncook Valley to Pittsfield.

A moment sanction was allowed in July of that same year for a moment venture gathering to stretch out the rails from Pittsfield to interface with the Dover and Winnipesogee Railroad at an undetermined point close to the town of Alton Bay. The sanctions slipped by into termination because of disagreements regarding an easement and an absence of money related sponsorship.
